About Us
The Riverside County Escrow Association (RCEA) was established in 1956 and was one of the charter members of the California Escrow Association (CEA). RCEA’s mission is to educate and support the escrow professional in Riverside County as well as in the surrounding areas.
RCEA is made up of escrow professionals from Independent Escrow Companies, Title Company Escrow Departments and Broker-owned Escrow Divisions, as well as representatives from affiliate industries.

Due to the current pandemic, and until further notice, RCEA has restructured itself as an E-Association in order to meet the needs of its members. Focusing on internet-based networking, RCEA will continue to serve its purpose of providing educational services, legislative updates, industry trends and current forms and practices to name a few areas of support to its membership.
